Projects completed during 2023
Here are a couple of community projects completed recently by Roger Van Kuylenburg.
Planter boxes
For the Glendowie Community Centre.
Book shelves
An "in use" picture of the converted church pew in action at the St Heliers Community Centre.
Grandfather Clock
The restoration of a long case clock was
completed this week by new members Noel and
Stephen. Woodwork and French polishing skills were employed.
Slab Table
The Slab Table was finally stained and presented to its new owner at our end-of-June barbecue.
St Heliers Library All Framed Up
The picture shows one of many historical photos framed by Bill Lehman and John Edwards. A shed community project for the refurbishment of our local library. Includes a panorama photo from the end of the old wharf showing the foreshore. All will be displayed in the library. Well worth a look.
